Goals
Start from what you want, not from what you have heard of.
Every compound in the library declares how squarely it aims at each of these fifteen goals. These pages rank them on that, then show separately whether anyone has ever demonstrated it in a person — because those two things come apart far more often than the marketing suggests.
15 goals
Fat loss16 compounds7 with human trialsReducing fat mass, almost always by making it easier to eat less. Incretin drugs dominate; most of the rest is thinner than it looks.Appetite control5 compounds5 with human trialsTurning down hunger and food noise. Six compounds hit 5/5 — and one of them moves appetite in the wrong direction.Metabolic health12 compounds7 with human trialsGlucose, insulin sensitivity, lipids and mitochondrial function — the labs rather than the mirror.Muscle growth14 compounds2 with human trialsAdding lean mass. Nothing here scores 5/5 — the growth hormone axis is an assist, not an anabolic.Injury repair15 compounds2 with human trialsHealing a specific tear, strain, wound or surgical site. The most-asked-about goal on the site and one of the least trialled.Joints and tendons5 compounds1 with human trialsChronic joint and tendon complaints. Only five compounds match, and the two that carry it are the same two as injury repair.Recovery and sleep20 compounds4 with human trialsSleep quality and between-session recovery. The widest list on the site, and the one where the mechanisms diverge most.Longevity18 compounds4 with human trialsHealthspan compounds. The highest ratio of ambition to evidence anywhere in the library.Focus and cognition9 compounds3 with human trialsMemory, focus and mental stamina. Four compounds at 5/5, and three of them barely exist in Western literature.Neuroprotection10 compounds3 with human trialsProtecting neurons rather than sharpening them. Overlaps with cognition, but the endpoints and the reasoning differ.Immune support8 compounds3 with human trialsImmune modulation rather than immune boosting. A small list with two compounds that have real clinical standing.Skin and hair9 compounds2 with human trialsSkin quality, wound appearance, pigmentation and hair. Mostly topical evidence being extrapolated to injections.Sexual function4 compounds2 with human trialsLibido and arousal. The shortest list on the site — and the only one containing a drug approved for the goal itself.Gut health4 compounds1 with human trialsIntestinal barrier and mucosal inflammation. Four compounds, three of which are credible taken orally.Inflammation11 compounds5 with human trialsSystemic and local inflammatory load. A modulation goal, carrying the same caveat as immune support.
Not sure which one you want
The quiz asks about goals, experience, route tolerance, timeline and contraindications, then returns a ranked shortlist with its reasoning shown. Flagged compounds are removed outright rather than quietly demoted.
